What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I found out the other day that there are loans against my life insurance which i did not take out, the insurance company is sending me all the documents pertaining to the loans, my question is what legal rights do i have if i determine it was a agent of this company who intiated these loans, had similar problem many years ago except it was dividends involved then, is the company responsible for this also? should i go see a attorney or report it the proper authorities? im afraid they may try to cover this up thxs

Any 'rights' you might have depend on the FULL information. Wait until you get the records and then re-post.
