Hello, I recently placed a peace order against a harassing neighbor. Four days later, I received a peace order from the same person claiming that he is "afraid this will escalate into violate nature" and that he is "living in fear" and it's "effecting his health"...

I have a long list of logged incidents, of harassment by this individual, thus the reason why I filed the peace order initially.

My question is what action can I take post-trial regarding his falsely placed peace order, and the fact that he put this into effect with no basis. I'm actually really surprised the judge approved it.
