False police complaints filed

A long going problem with familly in neighborhood, violent behavior by their children has gone unaddressed by the parents, I have tried twice to discuss this problem with them in the past year, 8/29 being the most recent, both times they have retaleated by calling the police under false pretense and has had an attorney (a family member works for) send me a very threatening letter that I received today under the same falsehoods. What can I do? Where can I turn?

I have been harrassed by two certain neighbours in my townhouse complex,they use the police to harrasse and imbarrass me because they are jealous of me they also call
C.A.S. on me which is Childrens Aid Society,they came and closed the case,they too want to charge these people what can I do?Where do I go with this?
