I am a manger at Subway. This evening the police came and told me that a woman(adult) has made an allegation that I "touched" her. I did not touch her, and I have employees who were working the shift with me who can bear witness to this. She has no witnesses. The police advised me that I could be arrested for this.

What criminal charges can be filed against me for this "touching" that I am being accused of? When is " touching" a adult female a crime. I didn't do anything. Can I file any charges against her for making these false criminal charges??
