What is the name of your state? Ohio

This is part of my boyfriend's ongoing saga...

We recently found out that his ex falsified the marriage license. She didn't list one of her children on it and she didn't use the correct maiden name.

Are there any reprocussions from this? Is this grounds for annulment?

Thanks!

So you're dating a married man? Here's the best advice anyone can give you: date someone single. I guarantee there are enough men to go around so all women can have one to themselves.

With that said, depending on how long he's been married, yes, it's grounds for annullment. If he wants to do an annullment I would encourage him to seek a local attorney as annullments can be very messy.
