My friend let her 15 year old son drive her car to get some ice and he wrecked her car, she put on the police report that she was driving because she didn't want him to get in trouble, well after she filed the police report she told them that he was driving and she was not, they put her in jail and charged with falsifying a police report, she has never had any type of run in with the police at all, not even as much as a speeding ticket, any advice for her or does anyone know what kind of criminal ordeal she is looking at?
