What is the name of your state? NY

I am 20 years old and comming to terms with abuse that happened all my life.

Without going into too many detials I was homeschooled, as were my brothers, but I was not allowed the diginty they were allowed. Some of their friends did not even know they had a sister. I was hit every day, forced to kneel for hours, forced to cook for the family although I often didn't get supper, I was shoved when I cooked and I still have a burn on my hand from it. My only escape was church once a week or on occasion the library or YMCA. There was two weeks when I didn't step outside, I was not allowed to sit on the couch and not allwed to laugh or speak unless I was spoken to. My parents told their friends that I was clumsy and bad, and no one questioned anything even when I tried to tell someone. When I was 20 I finally graduated because of the help of a youth minister who noticed me and I was able to get 1200 on the SAT's and get a decent scholorship.

However, I am getting Pell, TAP and other grands and loans from the government and my school to pay for it. My parent's don't pay a cent but the loans are in their name (they take the money out of my bank account). They tell me they won't sign anything else if I don't listen to them. I live away from home now but when I return they hurt me. I came back to school from break with bruises. Its not as simple as calling the cops when I am home becuase I am not allowed to touch the phone even now.

Do I have any options besides leaving college so I don't need my parents to sign for the loan?

I can't believe that as an adult you don't have access to the front door even if you don't have immediate access to a phone.

You are an adult. It's time to take some responsibility. If you get assaulted, it's time to call the police. Yeah, that may mess up the school funding, but if you accept a beating in exchange for schooling, then you're not doing yourself any favors.
