What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MS

When my father passed away, he did not have a will. I had a child part of his business.. which he owned with my mother, brother and sister in law. I told ALL of them I had a child's part, they refused to believe me, when my mother was planning on remarrying, we ask her todo a prenuptual which she didnt think necessary, she owned a business, home and over 100 acres of land that was to be my brother and mine. New husband was known for living off his new wives income, but she couldn't see she needed it. Finally I told her, that she didn't have to do that but I had a child's part of the business and if she didn't beleive me to see a lawyer, she did found out I was right and demanded I sign it over.. the business was to be my brothers, and the family home was to be mine..the new husband wanted a lifetime estate, and she was willing to give him one.. I tried to make her see if anything happen to her, he would stay in house and could do whatever he please to it.. and that brother would have his inhertiance and I would not be able to do anything with him in house, He's 88 yrs old.

she then tricked me, to sign the papers releasing my part, as she was going to deed me the house and keep them a lifetime estate. well went to lawyers office, I signed papers and she refused to deed house over.. I was treated aweful and still am, as she considers me greedy and jealous..

Is there anything I can do to have those papers void, and are they to be recorded at court house I have not found any papers stating it has been recorded.

any adviceWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Greedy? Totally. You don't decide what you get to inherit. Your parents do. Your mom has the right to leave you nothing at all.
