What is the name of your state? California law

Me and my wife are are living apart but not divorced and have one kid.
She is living with another person already for almost a year and currently is 3 month pregnant from him. She is on the policy of the health insurance which I have from my work. Now she is planning to get birth to not my child but use my insurance.
Question - how health insurance law talks about this situation ?

Thank you.

The pregnancy will be covered on the health insurance plan. The fact that it is not your child does not make the coverage invalid.

It may be that neither qualifies as a dependent under the policy definitions.....better check your plan language.
