Cant figure out how to repost on same thread, sorry.
Ok heres the situation all help appreciated.
mother and I split 6 years ago. 3 years since last stipulation in court and alot has changed on both ends financially and in living situations. I filed for modification, mother is challenging. Since our pretrail confernce the mother has moved and will not give up her address. So how can I go about giving her copies of my facts and financial statements, something she has not done and probably wont do. If I send it to her last known address does that count?
Also, if I have a letter she wrote that proves she lied in court last itme and want to get in as evedince, how? and would that be considerd an exhibit with or with out objections?
