I resently filed a jd.f 1406 motion to restrict parenting time. Need to know if and how to with draw the motion.

If the reason you filed is that there is an "imminent physical or emotional danger due to the current parenting time or parental contact", then stay the course, even if the other parent has made promises to reform, do better, they made a mistake, their children need them.

For example, if the other parent has a substance abuse problem, their 1 week claim of quitting cold turkey does not count.

Or, if the other parent has physically abused their child(ren), or engaged in any sort of violence in front of the child(ren), then don't let the other parent's sweet talk about caring for the children deter you from protecting the children.

If, however, the reason you filed was not genuine, then...
