Calif.-if i signed a contract in may accepting a lump sum child support payment which the father used to pay my house note( i never had the $ in my hand and have docs to support this), and then filed a paternity suit in sept. and found out that i was entitled to $600 more per month, am i entitled to receive child support in the corrected amount retro to the date of filing? is the contract admissable in that the support was used prior to filing?

help i need immediate legal advise. he has a high powered atty and i am pro-per
