I am in the process of having my 20 year old son evicted. My question concerns joint property. He and I both built our home computer. What can I do to prevent my son from taking this type of property? Can he take this property? Can I protect myself?

Someone will have to buy the other out......

JOINT property is JOINT property, wether its your son, wife, neighbor, business partner , girlfriend, mistress, or yes even if you are homosexual...

If he takes it without your consent its theft, but he can sue you for half its value in small claims court.
