Hi: In an attempt to help a family member who needed employment, I set up a project for him to work on with the agreement that he would have to supply scaffolding which he owns. To make a long story short, the project coordinator did not show up for the project, and the scaffold was left at a home in the local area with the hopes that the project coordinator would be reached shortly. The scaffold was never used, there was no written contract stating terms of rental on the scaffld. And it was not disclosed to me until one day prior to the scaffold being returned to the family member's home, that I owed them rental cost. What is the name of your state?
