I have a son (36yrs today) who has two children with his previous girl friend. they had alteration five years ago and she put him in jail for DV (he got hurt pretty bad too, but he did not want to press charges against her.) Anyway, later on they had a child (4 yrs. and then another one 1 1/2yrs and has down syndrome). She has made his and our life impossible. lets him see the children when she feels like it even thou he is giving her 125.00 for child support every week and has not ever been behind in child support. since she has managed to put him in jail several times (claims he broke restraining order, which was proven in court that he did not, but first he had to be put in jail and then prove himself - there is something wrong with this picture, proven guilty first, put in jail and then proven innocense). anyway she has threaten to put him in jail (she still has restraining order and uses it like drinking a glass of water) if he takes her to court for breaking a court order visitation rights. he is too see his sons every saturday fro 11:30-730PM. it has been three months of this. he has gone thru this before and missed a lot of work due to court dates and right now can not afford to miss any more time. the problem is can she really have him arrested again like she says she would. again thankyou for your help. lily
