missouri, my 11 yr. old daughter and myself moved in with my 78 yr. old mother in feb. o9. She asked that we do this because she is experiencing what appears to be early stages of althzeimers, and my older brother, who has poa, is wanting to have her placed in a elder care facility, which she desperately wants to avoid. I agreed to do all cooking, cleaning, laundry, driving and to purchase food in lieu of rent. Things were fine at first, but in her increasingly erratic behavior, she has clashed with here granddaughter and stated she wants us to move. We gave up our home to move in here, and will need a little time to relocate. What are my rights as a tenant?

the same as a tenant in any other situation. Since this is a verbal agreement, you would have to be given one full calender months notice, in writing, of the termination of the lease. If your refuse to move at that time, you must be evicted by the courts
