We were both living within 45 minutes of each other, then my husband and myself moved about 3 hours away with written permission. We have been living down here for almost 2 years. We went to court while we were living closer and the court said that we would have to meet half way. When we moved, we still kept it half way without going to court. In our paperwork it states that when ever moving out of the two counties listed, you must have a written agreement. We had one to move down here. We found out a couple of months ago that he has moved out of state. No written agreement or anything, just a heads up, I moved out of state kind of deal.

He says he will pick her up the same distance as we were driving before, but it is another 5 and a half hours back to AZ. Will the court see it as she is driving to far to visit every other weekend, driving almost 7 hours there and 7 hours back? What should I do about the visitation order and how much time should he get. He already moved out of state without even discussing it with us. Thank you for your time.

What is the exact wording of the relocation provision?

Ummm.. you don't decide how much time he will get. The court will. He should get just as much time as he gets now though probably spaced out differently if you force the issue in court.
