FLORIDA- if i am a father and my son's mother and i were never married and i'm in the process of trying to establish paternity and gain shared custody, can she keep him away from me thoughout the process?

Yes - until paternity is established..she is the only legal parent.

Yes.

However, if you have already filed and a DNA test has been performed you can file a motion requesting a temp order of visitation until the final hearing.

ETA. oops, I just noticed your other post, apparently you haven't filed yet, correct?
If you haven't, when you file you can request that the court issue a temp order for visitation once a DNA test has been done.
