father's rights

i was told there are 54 rights a non custodial father has in new york state. three of these were told to be over the phone by another internet group claiming to help fathers. this same group told me they wouldn't help or give me any more of the 54 rights unless i paid them $400.00. is there a list of such rules, and if so, how do i get them? i have sent an email to my local assemblyman on this matter, but have yet to get a reply.

It is a scam. Forget it. All that is important is the number one right..
