I'm in a unhappy marriage, only been married 11 months (2nd) marriage . I have been supporting my hubby for 1 1/2 years, he has a job in sales but can't seem to make a paycheck, or he tells me, always promising me that things will get better, I'm still waiting. The home that we live in is mine ,only in my name, he moved in with the clothes on his back and a car. Does he have any legal rights to my home or personel things? Can I file for a Divorce without having a Lawyer? Please respond asap,I'm at my whits end.
