Read the warranty supplied by the seller for the answer to your question. If you did not get a warranty, the seller has no obligation to repair/replace the laptop.

Plus you now have a problem ??? If you received the Item in the manner it was represented , and it worked , Then later it didn't , well for all someone knows you beat it up , or dropped it . Huh ?

What did the repair shop say ?

the laptop started to go slower and slower. clicking noises could be heard from inside.
then i got a 'blue screen' at bootup saying files currupted etc so i done a system recovery. that worked for a day or 2 and then the same. checked for viruses and none found.

the screen then started to flicker.

i have not damaged in in any way. not used it much either.

there is a 12 month warranty with it. the web site says ican return ot for manufacture repair. why not a replacement?

**A: well then return it for repair. This is a no brainer.
