FBI want to extradite me from Europe

The FBI have been trying to extradite me for several years from Europe.
I don't want to give details because its very high profile case.
Unfortunately I am near the end of the legal challenges to delay or prevent it.
Its a computer crime and I was never actually physically in the US.
I have federal charges not state.
I am facing life sentence in US but in my country I would get only a few years.

I have two angles in that the FBI accessed servers in EU with a US warrant (EU police gave them the password) I am not sure if that is legal for FBI to perform a remote search of EU property?
My other hope is that can I make a plea deal to serve my sentence in my home country.
I know there is a US/EU prisoner repatriation agreement but I read a news article of someone who had it as part of a plea deal is that possible?

Also I have no money to pay for a lawyer so I don't think I can afford to fight them on this so I'm not sure how it works.
Thank you.

You really need a lawyer. I suggest you find a way to afford one.

I suspect the OP's already got a team of attorneys on this. I also suspect that the OP is a troll.

What is the name of your country?

If what you did is a crime in your country, why haven't authorities there prosecuted you?
I can't say the country. Its not relevant to my questions anyway. I don't know why they have not prosecuted me here. Probably because the FBI started the investigation I was never under investigation by police in my country.

The police in your country have no interest in the FBI interest in you?

In that case, I suggest you do everything in your power to stay in your country. You are apparently safe there.

Good luck.

If the FBI had a warrant, then under U.S. law the search done pursuant to the warrant is legal; whether it was done remotely or not doesn't matter.

That's something to address with your attorney at the time you consider a plea deal. In the U.S. if you cannot afford a lawyer when facing criminal prosecution the court will appoint a lawyer to represent you. So if you are extradited, you'll be able to get a U.S. attorney to represent you. And for a serious computer crime in federal court you definitely want that attorney.

So the jurisdiction doesn't matter? They can do it even outside the US?

So its definitely something that can be negotiated at plea?

I do want an attorney but is it true that if I am not paying I have to accept whatever attorney they assign to me?
My attorney here knows nothing about US law and since I'm not paying the state only pays for extradition matters so they can't research things on the US side.

Your attorney can research the law for you. You can also read the information on extradition in the link I provided.
