FCC and FTC fines?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

If my company recieves an FCC or FTC fine for violating the DNC list or Auto Dialer brocasting rules and cant afford to pay them, what happens? do they shut down the company?

Why don't you just obey the law rather than being lowlife scoundrels?

The answer is that these things are not issued like traffic tickets. Your butt will be hauled into court and your fine amount will be adjusted by what you can pay. However, you may also be enjoined from operating any sort of telemarketing going forward.
