My question is in regards to some of the posts regarding accessing someone elses email or forwarding/posting emails to someone/group they were not intended for.

Some of the responders say that they are not aware of any protection in regards to these matters. Im confused because I thought The Federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act addressed this issue.

Ive read the act on this website and on others. What am I missing?

Thank You

You are right, but it also depends on what you are forwarding. If on a usegroup or board like this, don't count on anything being private.
