I received a letter from the director of federal EEOC operations, informing me of the status of my EEOC case. I spoke with EEOC attorney who identified me as the complainant in a suit against my employer. This was in early 2007.
Since that time,the EEOC has failed to respond to inquiries in regards to this case. I have the case number. How do I proceed to have the government divulge the status of this case.
