What is the name of your state? Florida

We have had a long battle in Federal Court over a Life Insurance Policy that was given to my husband's mother's estate, where it belonged. The Ex-husband, my husband's father placed a claim and filed a lawsuit against the insurance company in Federal Court who countersued my husband.

Because of an inept attorney who we are now suing for malpractice, with proof, summary judgement was awarded to the insurance company in their counterclaim. Because our attorney filed NO paperwork EVER! We didn't know this, but we were paying him.

Anyway, since the insurance company has been awarded final judgment against my husband individually and as a Trustee of his mother's revocable trust, what right does the insurance company have to my information, spouse? I am not involved or named in the suit and I do not think that these people have a right to my personal information, especially since I am joint on a lot of the accounts and my company that I own is intermingled with that.

Are there any case laws or any information that anyone can tell me that would prohibit MY personal information getting out to this company?
