What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Has anyone ever gone through a fee dispute arbitration to try and get a refund from their attorney because of poor representation?

Is this just a general curiosity or are you looking to sue for your legal fees back?

Yes sue to get fees back. Told a fee dispute arbitration is a way to do that in Texas.
