landlord won't do it.

Landlord won't contact his insurance company. Hell he don't even want fix water pump for all are five house that are connected to one pump or fix furnaces when there no good ( over 30 Yr.) or replace 25 yr old hot water heater or fix leaky roofs.

Obvious question.... what caused you to fall??
If you fell while on an alcohol induced stupor, the landlord has no liability.
If you fell due to an improperly maintained stairway, the landlord MIGHT have liability.
