I am in california. I am a convicted felon, and am off of parole. Is it legal for me to be in possession of a BB Gun on my own property? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Im going to hazard a guess and say no..its still a firearm...more will likely answer soon...maybe cdwjava...

Under federal law, the BB gun is NOT a firearm. But under state law they may be considered such. You need to check with your own state to see if this is applicable.
