What is the name of your state? WI

I need help understanding this: "****** was found guilty of Burglary-Building or Dwelling, a class C felony, Wisconsin Statutes 943.10(1)(a)."

I'm confused because I went to the statutes and to that chapter and read it and there is no mention of class C felonies under the burglary section. It only mentions Class F, and Class E. And, according to what I read in the statute a burglary of any building or dwelling is a class F felony. So, what could make this become a class-c felony? And, what does that mean?
