I need to know if my wife has no crime record and she is coming to the states on a K-3 visa would there be a problem because me, ( a US born) might be getting a felony on my record? Might as in I have not gone to trial yet and if convicted I would recieve Probation, Would this effect her I-130 , If I am the one on probation.
