What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina

North Carolina has passed a law that will be effective Dec. 1, 2011, that will allow a person that committed a non-violent felony before they turned 18 to have that conviction expunged from their record as long as they meet all of the conditions. I am working on completed the required hours of community service and will have them by the time the law is effective. What I am wondering is where I can get a form for the Petition and Order of expunction under G.S. 15A-145.4 in North Carolina or if one has been approved yet? For G.S. 15A-145.2 the form approved by the AOC is AOC-CR-266. I'm wondering if they will revise this form or create a new one.

I thought I would follow up on this and pass along some information for anyone that may be interested. I finally received a reply from the NC AOC and they have told me to look for the form on Dec. 1, 2011, and it should be available on there.
