I was arrested in 1974 it was a drug charge.
marijuana. now the laws are different.
with njs 24:21-20 (1)
24:21-20 (3)
the outcome of the trial was 2 years probation, in calif. and the paper I have has only this on the bottom
guilty, and the judgment of conviction is withheld.
n.j.s.24:21-27

I cannot tell if it was a felony or a mist.
is there a way to look that up in a law book from new jersey?

question 2, the records were to be sealed, but they came up when I went to apply in Florida for a conceled weopon permit-what does being sealed mean?

the state want me to get my civil rights back, with another application.

any advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
