Felony Probation

I am on felony probation for a non-drug related crime. When I was sentenced, I was given a probation review hearing date set to happen next week. I, for the first time, tested positive for THC following a drug test. My PO said I do not have a violation, but I just have to explain to the judge my drug use at the given hearing. What will happen to me at this hearing? Thank you.

How do you plan to explain your drug use to the judge?

Any use of an illegal drug is a violation of the standard conditions of probation.
