What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Pennsylvania

Want to know that when the Obama administration was installed did all the lawyers in FEMA get replaced? I have a lawyer on retainer that seems to be doing nothing for over a year and now he says he has to start all over again because of the new administration dismissing all the lawyers in FEMA

**A: first, why do you keep posting the same question on new threads.
Second, if you have a claim against FEMA, it would be a claim against the agency as an entity and not an individual attorney at FEMA. Therefore even if all the FEMA attorneys were fired, your case would remain intact.

I rephrased my question because I was not getting much response.
I don't have a case against FEMA I had a question regarding Duplication of Benefits. I paid a lawyer to get an answer. It has been over a year. This lawyer told me he had contacted FEMA and had spoke to an attorney at FEMA who said I had "substance to my complaint". After going 6 months with no contact from this lawyer that I had paid I told him I wanted the FEMA lawyers name. Then the next day he called me and said that since the change of administrationn that all the lawyers had been fired and my complaint would have to begin anew. He did not give me the FEMA attorney's name.
