Fence Problem

Help, from Washington State. My neighbor is putting up a fence and he is taking up 7-10 feet of our property and will not move. What do we do? I have been looking at the laws and I cant find much at all. Can the city make him move it back and also he put a shed really close to the fence on our property he is taking? Can the city make him move the shed too? Thanks

There is no dollar amount as your claim would be having the Courts force the neighbor to move the fence.
