Fence

I moved into a town home knowing that a splash pad was going to be built right in front of my place. At the last minute, they decided to put a fence around it so now I have a huge ugly fence right outside my front door. Is there anything I can do about it legally?

Fences are the latest thing to obstruct pedophiles. Unless it violates a local ordinance I would say move.
