We live across the street from a Community High School. These are kids that are too naughty to be in a real school. They are all older kids and smoke. They cant smoke on school property so they come across the street to my house. Well, they have wrecked my fence by sitting on it and so forth. They also have called my dog over to the fence and held her collar while they kicked her. The school has agreed to replace the fence but these kids are still messing with it. Do I have any legal standing on this? I am mostly upset that they will probably mess our fence up again and hurt my dog. HELP!

Assuming that the fence is ENTIRELY on your property, the fact that they are leaning or sitting on it is trespassing. Call the police. Or contact the school and advise them that yours is private property and that you will enforce the trespassing laws... and have their students cited.

Finally, you could consider setting up a video surveillance system (they are pretty inexpensive now) and show the police and school.
