A fence was constructed within the last 5 years that is only 2' from my house. This fence is denying me access to the west side of my house for maintanance purposes. We have shown the house on 3 seperate occasions to perspective buyers, and all have stated that the fence would also stop them from maintaining the structure on the west side. Is there anything written in the law books about a homeowner being denied a reasonable return on their investment?
