Ct When at a stop sign the guy in front of me started going then stopped
I released the brake and slightly tapped his rear bumper. we both got and saw no damage to either car. We did not see the need t exchange any info
We shook hands and left. my question is" suppose he changes his mind and thinks he has some injury (even though there was zero damage) can he make a claim? Is there a time limit on making a claim? I don't think he will, just checking
