What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

I am currently locked in a mortgage with CITI Mortgage for an FHA loan to close in Jan. I have the option to get a lower rate should one arise before closing. Is there anyway to watch rates? My loan consultant told me I have to check with her because FHA rates are not posted on the internet anywhere. Is this true? Are there any sites that cleary show what FHA rates are with 0 points, 1 point, etc?

Each lender sets their own interest rate/points/fees. Keep checking with your lender as these rates change daily and have been falling recently...

I am registered, however, ratewatch doesn't provide FHA rates.
