Fibromyalgia has exaccerbated from new position at work. Being that it is a pre-existing condition but exaccerbated from job requirements is this covered under work. comp.?
I have been on FMLA almost 3 months which I was basically forced to take by my supervisor.

Apologies

Please except my apologies, after returning to the main page I see this forum is for Dis. Ins. issues. I may have them at some point but have decided to try and work part time so as to keep benefits, but I'm unsure if I can do that physically and then if I do apply for my LTD ins my wages will be based on the part time wages. Too many decisions to make.
