What is the name of your state? Maryland

In '98 I met a girl I thought I could spend the rest of my life with. She had a son already but that didn't bother me. She got pregnant and we decided to get married in '99. We had a handsome baby boy whom I loved and still love dearly. About 2 months later I was incarcerated for a month. During the next few years we had two more boys. I of course was there for every birth. One day she ups and leaves with the boys and goes to Va. So I go on and follow her and my sons and we get an apartment. Needless to say things just weren't going to work out no matter how much I tried so we seperated. I met someone else and now she wanted to move again. The catch to this was that she wanted me to go and move with her, now, to Georgia. So this WAS my wife and I did have very strong feelings for her and there was still the issue of my three children. I went and helped her move. I let her know that I would not be there for long and we needed to work something out with the children. We decided that I would take our first and second born back to live with me and my new friend in Va. She would keep her first born and our last born. This worked for four months and then she came and kicked in the door to my apt. She tried to take our sons away but I would not allow it. The Police showed up and asked her to leave. We then had an emergency hearing in which the Judge gave me temporary physical custody and she had visitation. On the first visitation she took the boys and ran to Ga. I had put out a kidnapping warrent against her and when it was time to go to court the States Attorney said she didn't feel we would win the case so she wasn't going to persue it. So she got away. She only stayed in Ga. four months total. Next I find out that during one of her visits she had taken a paternity test for our second born and he was not mine. Meaning she had known this the whole time, and knew who it was, got them both together and took the test. And now felt it necessary for me to know. I didn't fight it because who am I to try and stop a man from being a father to his child. I gave him up even though it hurt like Heck. Now I find out she had gotten an un-contested divorce finalized in Ga. which gave her sole custody of our sons and ordered me to pay child support. I don't know how she got the divorce without me being there and on top of that she lied concerning my earnings. Now we're going thru a child support battle in Md. and she ups an leaves again to Florida.
Questions:
1) Can the divorce be finalized without one or both of the parties being there?
2) If she was under oath and lied about my salary what can I do?
3) How can I get the courts to allow me to see my sons? (I have seen them once in a year and a half  )
4) Now that she has moved, what happens with case in MD.?
5) WHY DOES SHE KEEP MOVING?
Thanks for bearing with me. I just needed to vent and I'm in need of answers.

First if this was a UD , obtain copies of the UD divorce . Request a copy of the UD form that was signed by you not contesting it .

If you truly didn't sign that form , take the Divorce contents to a Family Law Attorney , and get a Consult regarding all your concerns .
