What is the name of your state? New York.

I have about 6 credit card judgements that was about six years ago. I did not file for bankruptcy at the begning. I thought I will pay off every thing. Even after six years, I could not pay even a single penny. Now I give up paying idea. Is there any way that I file for bankruptcy and get out of debt? I have two kids to raise. Please any advice.:(

A. Yes. You need to discuss your situation with a bankruptcy lawyer. Most will give you a free consultation. That is the only way you will know if BK is a good fit for your total situation.

With 6 judgments   I'd say you're probably a candidate for bankruptcy. Keep in mind, judgments in NY are good for TWENTY YEARS !!
