A friend of mine asked me a question I hope you can help
His wife left the house with the kids and filed for custody. what happens up up until the court date ? Will he be able to see the kids up until the court date?

does the paperwork have a temorary court order visitation plan? one signed by the judge, not the court clerk?

Nothing restraining him from seeing the children. Whether he does get to see the children depends on his ex and him.
