I have a problem neighbor (the PN from now on) about whom I've complained to the management via certified mail 3 times with no response. The PN has now befriended the management who is participating in his loud parties. The PN has threatened my roommate and our cars and stolen my property. I am moving in a month, but I fear retaliation from the PN. May I require the front office to turn over my file to me when I leave so the PN and his buddies will not have access to things like my credit report and Social Security number? I live in Texas.

Thank you,
Alicia
