My ex and I got divorced 3 yrs ago. He filed in Garfield County, Oklahoma. The first line of the divorce states that I, (his name) am a resident of Garfield County and have resided here for 6 months. Well, he wasn't. We had not lived in OK for about 4 yrs when he filed. I didn't have an atty at the time. Last year when I was modifying the custody part, I got a really strange look from my atty when I mentioned this to her, but she didn't say anything. When I modified everything, the divorce was registered in Nebraska, where I live now. Are we actually divorced? He's remarried now and has a new baby. Just wondering. Thanks.
