What is the name of your state? CA
I went to file my response to an OSC for visitation/child supprt modification and pulled my file to make sure that they weren't up to any more fun filings... On the FL-390 (I was just served this document yesterday along with a really weird hand written declaration and it had no court stamp on it) it had FILED ON DEMAND written on it - it was date stamped 1/2/08.
What on earth does all of that mean - court clerk (not ours here.. hahaah the one at the courthouse today!!) said that his papers were more than likely flawed meaning that the judge may or may not hear his matter...
