We recently won a second judgement in Circuit court in Frederick Maryland against a moving company that damaged our furniture in the move. The guy never plans on paying, we won in District court first, he appealed and lost again. We have filed a lien on his property, we have tried to garnish his wages but he owns his own company. Circuit Court said that we could file a lien on his bank account but they didn't have any forms on file to do that. We had to come up with one. Does anyone out there have any ideas of where I might find this form? It will be my last chance at seeing my money to repair my furniture. Thanks. Debbie
