IA. If I decide to file bky... do I have to file in the county that I live in? I dont want everyone to read it in the paper. I understand it is public record. I have over 24k in credit cards, $5000k in medical and a repo that I have to pay the balance.. since they sold it less than I owed.. I have to pay the diff of $2400. So... anyway can I do it online so none of my family will find out?
